Content and Social Media Lead

Introduction
Our Ecommerce business group is looking for a highly capable Content and Social Media Lead to develop, coordinate, and execute digital marketing programs across our brands. We have around 40 employees and process approximately 2,000 orders per day across North America. The company has been recognized several times as one of Canada’s fastest growing businesses and continues to expand with new operations in Windsor, Ontario, and Cincinnati, Ohio.
This position is ideal for someone who can take initiative, organize campaigns, and “keep things happening” across multiple product categories. You will work closely with our Marketing team to plan and publish content, drive outbound email campaigns, and coordinate product-based marketing materials.
Location
Preference will be given to applicants located in Greater Vancouver, Windsor Ontario, or Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky, but remote applicants with relevant experience will also be considered.
Required Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience with modern digital marketing tools and AI-driven content creation. You should be familiar with planning, scheduling, and producing content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. A working knowledge of outbound email campaigns, copywriting, and social ad management is expected.
Familiarity with the following platforms or similar tools is considered a strong asset:
- Instantly.ai, Apollo.ai, or similar for email outreach
- Apify, n8n, or Make.com for automation workflows
- Midjourney, Runway, or Canva for visual content creation
- HeyGen, Synthesia, or ElevenLabs for voice and video generation
- TikTok Ads Library and Meta Ad Library for research
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Veo for AI-assisted content creation and strategy
You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with other internal teams to execute campaigns that generate measurable results.
A partial list of responsibilities:
- Plan and manage social media campaigns across multiple brands
- Produce regular photo, video, and text content for all our brands and platforms
- Repurpose media content into scheduled posts across social platforms
- Develop and manage outbound email campaigns for B2B and retail audiences
- Experiment with new marketing channels including Reddit advertising and video storytelling
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to align promotions and content themes
- Organize and oversee VAs or AI tools for outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Measure engagement and results using analytics tools, and adjust strategies accordingly

Business Development Manager (AI-Enhanced B2B Outreach)

Introduction
Our Ecommerce business group is looking for a Business Development Manager (SDR) to help expand our B2B customer base across several key markets. This is a new initiative designed to build relationships with businesses that can benefit from our product lines.
We are experimenting with AI-driven prospecting and automation, so this is not a typical sales role. You’ll be combining creativity, research, and technology to identify prospects, launch outreach campaigns, and help build long-term sales pipelines.
Location
Preference will be given to applicants located in Greater Vancouver, Windsor Ontario, or Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky, but this role can be fully remote.
Required Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience designing and building sales teams from scratch, funnel management, sales prospecting, or lead generation — ideally in ecommerce, industrial, or consumer product sectors. Experience using AI tools to automate or enhance prospecting is a necessity.
Familiarity with the following types of tools will be valuable:
- AI outreach and CRM automation (Apollo.ai, Instantly.ai, Make.com, n8n)
- Voice and video AI platforms (Vapi.ai, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia)

A partial list of responsibilities:
- Design and build an outbound sales program, including oversight, metrics, and funnel management
- Add new sales agents to our team of Virtual Assistants in the Philippines
- Build and maintain prospecting lists using CRM tools, AI tools, and data sources
- Research new potential markets and learn their terminology and needs
- Collaborate with Marketing to create personalized email and message campaigns to reach target businesses
- Manage responses and schedule follow-up calls
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to align outbound sales efforts with ongoing campaigns
- Collect feedback from prospects to refine targeting and outreach strategy
- Experiment with new AI tools to improve productivity and lead quality

Our Ecommerce business group is looking for one or more Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help expand our B2B customer base across several key markets. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys research, organization, and outreach.
We use AI-assisted tools to streamline prospecting and communication. You’ll be responsible for identifying new potential customers, managing email outreach campaigns, and supporting our Business Development team to generate and qualify leads.

Required Experience
Candidates should have experience in sales prospecting, lead generation, or customer communication. Exposure to ecommerce or industrial sectors is an asset.
