Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from the time your order arrived to initiate a refund.
For health and safety reasons, returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. If returned items are not unused and in their original packaging, our customer service team reserves the right to refuse part or all of your return.
If the product is returned incomplete or has been damaged and/or tampered with beyond what is required to open the package, we reserve the right to refuse your refund. If the product you are returning is not defective, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
All returns require proof of purchase.
All returns must be processed through our company. Please do not send your purchase back to Shopify as they will not be able to provide a refund for you.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as returning a mix of opened and unopened items or returning fewer items than the number originally ordered. We reserve the right to decide the percentage of the refund issued based on the condition, quantity, etc., of the returned items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be completed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Return processing may take up to 30 business days from the time of initial contact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for return is a fulfilment error on our part. Return shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund.
If you are returning an order over $75, we advise you to purchase a tracking number and/or insurance for your package to ensure we are still able to assist you in the unlikely event that we do not receive your return.
